This policy explains how Yberium handles information submitted through this website and the private pilot interest form. It does not describe separate customer-product processing that may be covered by additional terms if a commercial service launches.
The pilot form asks for a contact name, work email, venue or operator name, venue type, general location, typical shift team size, a description of the operational problem, how often it occurs, and confirmation that Yberium may contact you about the request.
Please do not submit employee names, rota files, confidential staff records, card details, passwords or access tokens.
We use pilot-request information to assess pilot suitability, respond to the enquiry, manage the pilot process, operate and secure the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The public website is delivered through GitHub Pages. Pilot form submissions are sent to the Yberium API hosted on Render. The OAuth consent page connects to Supabase Auth and loads the pinned Supabase browser client from jsDelivr. These providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect their services.
We keep pilot-request information only for as long as reasonably needed to assess and manage the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask about retention or request deletion by contacting privacy@yberium.com.
The current landing-site code does not intentionally set advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect their services.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email privacy@yberium.com. UK users may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Yberium is intended for professional hospitality use and is not directed to children. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated.
