Website and Pilot Terms

These terms apply to the public Yberium website, sample materials, public demo links and the private pilot interest process.
Demo and sample material
Demo flows, screenshots, names, venues and sample shift data are illustrative. They are provided for evaluation and must not be treated as a live rota, legal advice, employment advice, safety certification or a guarantee that a shift is operationally ready.
Manager responsibility
Yberium may interpret information, identify issues and propose changes, but operational decisions remain with the venue and its authorised managers. Users remain responsible for checking facts, staffing, working-time requirements, venue policies and any other rules that apply to their operation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or upload secrets or personal staff records to public demo or pilot-registration surfaces.
Content and links
Website content, branding and software are owned by or licensed to Yberium and may not be copied or presented as another product without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and those services operate under their own terms.
Availability and liability
The website and pilot-stage materials may change, be suspended or contain errors while the product is being validated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
